Pettis County, Mo., Obituary

Anna Grace Drechsel, 88, Route 3, died Sunday morning, Jan 3, 1988, at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was born June 25, 1899, in Boonville, daughter of Herman Joseph and Elizabeth C. Peak Felten. On April 12, 1921, in Boonville, she married Robert L. Drechsel, who died Feb 12, 1960.

Mrs. Drechsel was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was employed by Town and Country Shoes for many years. She had lived in Sedalia aince 1946.

Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy A. Drechsel, Route 3, two sisters, Roberta Newman, Gillette, Wyo.: Marie Newman, Sedalia.

Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church with the Rev. William P. Walter officiating. Pallbearers will be Jerry Drechsel, Conrad Heer, Lee McNaughton, Bob Scotten, Tony Simon and Jacob Walters. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The rosary will be said at 7 tonight at the Heckart-Gillespie Colonial Chapel with visitation to follow until 8:30 p.m.
