Will of Emaline BrickleyWill Book __ I, Emaline Brickley of the County of Pettis and the State of Missouri being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament. First I give and Bequeath to my brother Abel D. Helman the sum of Three Dollars to be paid within Six months after my decease. Second I give and bequeath to my brother Harmon Helman the sum of Three Dollars to be paid within Six months after my decease. Third I give and bequeath to my brother John R. Helman the sum of Three Dollars to be paid within Six months after my decease. Fourth I give and bequeath to the children of my deceased sister Mary Helman Eshleman the sum of Three Dollars to be paid within Six months after my decease. Fifth I give and bequeath to the children of my deceased sister Catherine Helman Cramer the sum of Three Dollars to be paid within Six months after my decease. Sixth I give and bequeath to the trustees of the First Methodist Church of Sedalia Missouri the sum of Fifty Dollars for the purpose of purchasing books for the Library of the Sunday School of said church and will and direct that said sum of Fifty Dollars be paid within Six months after my decease. Seventh I give and bequeath and devise (after the payment of the aforesaid legacies) all my property real personal and mixed of whatever kind and wherever situate to my brother Jacob D. Helman of Camp Branch P.O Pettis County Missouri to have and to hold the same to him the said Jacob D. Helman his heirs and assigns Forever. Eight I order and appoint as the sole Executor of this my last will and testament Henry Lamm Esq. of Sedalia Missouri hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 26th day of October, 1895.
