Will of Ann SandridgePettis County, Missouri Knowing the uncertainty of life and certainty of death and that it is once appointed for me to die, I do make and publish this as my last Will and testament hereby revoking and annulling all others should there be any. From the affection I bear to my daughter Permelia Price Sandridge who is now my comfort and support in old age I give and bequeath all the property belonging to me at my death of whatever character the parcel(?) may be. To my son Eli Sandridge I give one dollar. To Solomon H Sandridge my son I give one dollar. To my daughter Matildy Ann Austin Odell I give one dollar. To my daughter Caroline Cala Downs I give one dollar. To my daughter Varenda Colada (?) Sopre (Swope) I give one dollar. To my daughter Penna (Pereene) Walker Beaty I give one dollar. In attestation Whereof I have made and executed this will in the presence of Jacob Kester and Jon Bryant, this April 26th 1850. Attest - J W Bryant, Jacob Kester Pettis County Court May 2nd, 1857. The last will and Testament of Ann Sandridge was this day presented in open Court and thereupon came John W Bryant and Jacob Kester, the two subscribing Witnesses thereto who after being duly sworn state that they signed their names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the Testator and of each other and that the said Testator acknowledged the said instrument to be her last Will and Testament on the day of their attestation thereto and that they believe the said testator was of sound mind and disposing memory and thereupon the said will is admitted to Probate and ordered for record.
