This my last will and testament in the name of the Lord. I bequeath unto my wife Alloy Williams all the property I own at my death, as long as she remains a widow and should she mary again my property to be dealt with according to law, this I do in my right and proper mind, but first I wish my lawful debts to be paid.

This affiant John Motz being sworn saith that he subscribed his name to the above and forgoing as the last will and testament of Lemuel B Williams dec'd in the presence of the testator and of William C Riley that the testator acknowledged the same as his last will and testament and that affiant believed the said testator was of sound mind and further this affiant saith not.

Sworn to and subscribed before me July 4th, 1853. A Roberson, Clk Pettis County Court

State of Missouri, County of Pettis. This affiant William C Riley being sworn says that he signed the Within Instrument as a witness in the presence of Lemuel B Williams, who declared the same to be his last will and testament, and that he believes that the said Testator was of sound mind, William C Riley sworn to and subscribed before me July 5, 1853. A Roberson, Clk Pettis County Court

Pettis County Court July 6, 1853. The last will and testament of Lemuel B Williams is this day presented to the court proven by the affiants of William C Riley and John Motz and admitted to Court. Attest A Roberson, Clerk
