Nov. 20, 1855

I, Samuel Wyatt, knowing the uncertainty of life of the County of Pettis in the State of Missouri do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say.

First, It is my will that all my just debts be paid.

Second, I give, design and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Wyatt all the money due me for property that I have sold and all the stock cattle and hogs that I have on hand, also the money coming to me from my brother James Wyatt for my crop of corn That I raised this year and also my crop of oats and all my household and kitchen furniture and farming tools for her own use and benefit.

And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint Thomas B Pemberton to be the executor of this my last will and testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of November 1855. Samuel Wyatt (seal)

Signed published and declared by the above named Samuel Wyatt as and for his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request have signed as witness to the same.

These affiants Jesse Pemberton and J M Pemberton on their oaths say that they signed their names to the within will in the presence of each other and in the presence of the Testator and at his request and that the said Testator acknowledged the same as his last Will and Testament and they believe that at the time of said acknowledgement by said Testator that he was of sound mind and further these deponents say not.
